Côte-St-Paul is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,221 living in private households. 11.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 3.6%. 86.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 14.2% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $73,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 66.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.40 km², giving a population density of 8,050 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
