Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Montréal, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,183 living in private households. 37.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 8.7%. 62.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 41.4% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $78,500 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 65.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.28 km², giving a population density of 7,711 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
