Baie-D'Urfé is a neighbourhood of Baie-D'Urfé, in Greater Montréal. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,764 living in private households. 14.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 27.2% across Greater Montréal as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 4.4%. 84.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 27.0% of the population, compared with 24.3% citywide. Median household income before tax was $145,000 in 2020, compared with $76,000 for Greater Montréal. 4.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 6.03 km², giving a population density of 624 people per square kilometre (Greater Montréal averages about 908).
